2. How to Request a Refund/Replacement

3. Return Shipping & Fees

  • No Return Needed: In most cases of our error, you do not need to ship the item back.
  • Important: Please do not send returns to our administrative address in Pennsylvania without prior authorization.

4. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds: Credited to your original payment method (1–5 business days for processing).
  • Exchanges: We do not offer standard exchanges; however, authorized replacements for errors are handled free of charge.
